User preferences for operational data presentation Results of our operational models are presented to you via tables, graphs and animations. Tables and graphs can take into account your own preferences. Please note that your browser must be set to accept cookies for your preferences to be remembered.
Your favourite location(s) Model predictions are available at approximately thirty locations along the Belgian coast and around the North Sea. These results are presented to you in table and graphic form. For each variable for which those predictions are available (i.e. wind, waves and elevation forecasts) you can set a default location which will be used each time you access the site. These locations will also be used in the coastal forecast tables which appear in the right-hand column. These tables give you a quick access to all forms of output for your default locations. The option is always provided for you to override the defaults at any time to consult the forecasts at a different location, or to modify the defaults settings so that they best fit your personal requirements. Your favourite graphic settings Operational forecasts can be presented to you in time series forms, and various attributes of these graphics, such as line/fill colour, symbol size and type can be customised. Sample graph with current preferences:
